Did a breath meditation lead by Kim Eng for about 10 min. I thought it would be difficult to quiet my mind however the first 5min surprisingly was about my physical state. Ouch! Stress… Once I accepted that the mind kicked in and I don’t know when the last time I took a deep breath because in the “space” I felt maybe I should cough. At the end, I felt a little more calm but ready to stop the meditation at 10 min. Jason had about the exact same experience minus all of the thoughts. We both laughed when discussing our experiences because at one point in our meditations, both of us wondered if it would be ok to lay down. ;)
